NBA Playoffs

The ongoing NBA Playoffs has lived up to its expectations. What a very thrilling and interesting show it has become. I just cannot miss the remaining games.Nor should you. With all teams giving their all and key players dishing out outstanding performances, the games can only be but exciting.

Although the Oklahoma City Thunders is on the verge of elimination in its duel against Dallas Mavericks,the games played were tight. It would not be far fetched if the Thunders can make a comeback. Likewise the Chigago Bulls can even the series with Miami Heat. The outcome although now heavily stacked against the Thunders and Oklahoma,is still up for grab. I would like to see both the Thunders and Bulls catch up with the leaders and go for a down the wire finish to the finals. My guess however is for the Dallas and Miami to make it to the finals.

Anyway, may the best teams win.

The Weigh-in of "Pacman" and "Hitman"

Tomorrow will be the big day of millions of fans around the world of the two great fighter Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao of the Philippines and Ricky "Hitman" Hatton of Great Britain. Today was the weigh-in of the two boxers to hit the mark of junior-welterweight division. Manny got 138 pounds and Ricky got 140-pound limit. As the two approaches to face-off, thousands of british fans chanting,screaming and endlessly saying in rhythm this phrases "There's only one Ricky Hatton", "God Save the Queen", and "Rule Britannia"with their flag waving proudly. Filipinos as well did their best cheering Manny with high hopes to win for tomorrow's big fight. They did try leveling their cheers to the overwhelming British fans but still overwhelmed by them. Happy Mothers Day

Today is another day to celebrate the one who sacrificed the most when we are still inside their caring body. Not just any ordinary day of the year but this very day is the day to make us reminisce the great love mothers have for us. I will remember this day in my entire life for it is the very first day I have said to my mother "Happy Mothers Day Mom!". Sounds funny to me or to you but I think it is very fulfilling to have said such wonderful words. I just can't stop thinking how she raised me in what I am now. Maybe by showing a little love and care to her will make her happy and remember that this day is her day that she would never forget how her son greeted for the very first time.
